“Just when the catepillar thought the world was going to end, it became a butterfly.”
Metamorphosis
Change: one of life’s great constants.
For those between 45 and 60, life often brings significant challenges: marriages end, careers shift, and personal identities and appearances evolve.
After decades of laying a foundation, it may feel like it’s slipping away...
Quantum physics offers a fascinating perspective on transformation. It suggests that multiple possibilities exist in any given moment and that our focus heavily influences which 'reality' unfolds.
When a chapter ends, the story can still improve by applying the same curiosity and optimism that served us initially.
Fear and resistance hold us back, while acceptance and equanimity best serve times of change.
“Faith alone defends. Life is either a daring adventure or nothing. To keep our faces toward change and behave like free spirits in the presence of fate is strength undefeatable.” ~ Helen Keller
Appreciate endings as gateways to new beginnings. See losses as lessons and challenges as stepping stones.
Living harmoniously means embracing change and new possibilities.
P.S.: As long as you have the capacity to choose your response (Stimulus vs Response), and guide your behaviors toward your goals and ideals, you are on the path.
If you struggle with concentration and focus and are looking to move the needle on your next creative endeavor, you may be interested in my upcoming accountability group “Concentration Accelerator” – an accountability “camp” (online portal) lead by me to improve concentration, focus and produce real momentum toward your next creative endeavor.

*If you don’t understand the ‘rodent’ reference, it’s related to the famed “Habit Loop” and “Cue, Routine, and Reward” (C.R.R.), which unfortunately overemphasizes a very limited theory on the science of habit development because it’s based solely upon the study of rodents. Humans (YOU) possess choice, intention, and reflection; rodents do not. Thus, P.A.R.R. (Plan, Act, Record, and Reassess) was introduced and originally published in The Habit Factor® (2010). ☝️ 🙌🏽 🤙 🙏
