Are you aware of how often you complain about "things" and "events" large and small?
Complaining is a topic that was covered back in June of 2020. Once again, MG decides to address the subtle and disruptive habit.
The first day he decides to tally his complaints, he notices the first complaint even before getting out of bed.
Then, just fifteen minutes into the morning, he's already tallied three complaints.
Why does this matter? Who cares? Complaining can be fun, right?
Well, it's tough to be grateful when you are complaining.
If you're a parent, how do you feel when your child complains? Are you interested in rewarding that behavior?
Without putting awareness around the daily habit, most people won't ever know how often they complain.
They may never know how badly it's impacting their attitude or even their relationships.
The good news is, like any habit, by adding some awareness, tracking, and practice the complaining habit can be minimized if not removed entirely.
