How Systems Help to Create Habits & Skills

The military and business franchises are great examples. Both embody the "3 Circles of Behavior Echo-System" perfectly. Each reveals how crucial it is to frame one's behaviors with a supportive environment and narrative to foster new habits and skills.

Visit: https://everythingastory.com "EVERYTHING is a F*cking STORY" a recent #1 Amazon Hot New Release! EVERYTHING culminates nearly 20 years of deliberation, collaboration, and meditation, all in the pursuit of deconstructing human behavior for the purposes of goal attainment. EVERYTHING is a F*cking STORY debuts as a "prequel" and completes a "trilogy" MG never knew existed. Martin began writing The Habit Factor® shortly before 2005; it was published in 2010. Then, in 2015, The Pressure Paradox™ was published.

In this episode, MG clarifies what a "system" really is and how they influence the development of new habits and skills. Unfortunately, many thought leaders in this personal development space define "systems" as a "series of habits." That is incorrect. A series of habits is a ritual, not a "system." Two fantastic examples of systems in action are business franchises and the military. Each, by design, bookends their employees'/soldiers' behaviors with essential core narratives (values, meaning, purpose, mission – see the inner concentric circle in the image above) and a supportive environment (see outer concentric circle). Together those components equate to a "system." That system helps to forge behaviors into new habits and skills. Each organization then aligns their employees'/soldiers' behaviors to their respective goals to make them remarkably effective! Each reveals how YOU can and should implement the "3 Circles of Behavior Echo-System" to design the new habits and skills that will help you to achieve your most important goals and ideals. Enjoy the show! ================== Grunburg's new book, "EVERYTHING is a F*cking STORY," presents a new, paradigm-shifting behavior model that anyone can use to change their stories and habits to redirect their lives.

STORY is at its core and reveals how human thoughts and behaviors’ echo’ and ‘reverberate.’

Older behavior models are complicated and represent human behavior linearly.

Human behavior vibrates. Our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and behaviors produce a “vibe.” These “vibes” influence how we behave.

There’s a reason people say things like, “I like the vibe here,” or “that resonated with me.”

Environments, thoughts, feeling, and behaviors influence each other.

=============================== Dr. Peter Chee, founder of ITD World, one of Asia’s largest executive coaching and training firms, shares, "Grunburg's 3 Circles of behavior model is paradigm-shifting – it's helped to transform our executive coaching. Because of EVERYTHING, we teach, coach, and train: Change your story, change your habits, change your life." Visit: https://everythingastory.com for bonuses and gifts!   >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
