I just finished a follow-up call with a former Habit Mastery grad—let’s call him MB.
Before the course, MB described himself as somewhat aimless, frustrated, lacking structure and motivation.
"I was approaching my life with less structure…not really any ambition throughout the day... and not necessarily knowing what to do to improve…"
