What’s the big deal with 15 minutes?
Time doesn’t vanish in days—it’s lost in small chunks.
15 minutes here. 15 minutes there.
15-minute increments: checking emails, scrolling Instagram, watching endless 30-second videos…
The cost of task-switching—resetting—is approximately another 15 minutes (at least).
Add these increments up over weeks, months, and years…
Not to be too dramatic, but all of a sudden, you’re wondering where your dreams went.
Is it possible that they’re lost—hidden—in all those vanished 15-minute chunks?

Start tracking your time.
Inventory these 15-minute blocks for just one day. If you’re brave, do it for a week.
Notice how those blocks of time pass. Are they working for you or against you?
This is where the treasure lies.
Ask yourself: What can I do in the next 15 minutes to move closer to my goals and ideals?
Set a timer—and get after it!
