Strangely, few—if anyone—are teaching this #TRUTH:
Nobody is born disciplined.
And that’s the good news.
Why? Because it means you and I can develop habits, skills, and traits on demand.
But let’s be honest—it’s not easy.
That’s why so many people are scouring the internet, searching for answers.
Here’s the reality: there’s a proven, science-backed process to help you build discipline by strengthening your habits.
It’s called The Habit Factor’s methodology: P.A.R.R. (Plan, Act, Record, Reassess). And here’s the kicker—people have been using this method successfully for over a decade!
This process empowers anyone to develop the habits, skills, and traits they need to become the person they aspire to be—one day at a time.
We can’t control everything life throws at us. But we can control how we respond.
By deliberately choosing the right behaviors, habits, and skills, we can align our actions today with our goals and ideals of tomorrow —moving us closer to the life we want.
To put it simply: There’s nothing else like The Habit Factor®.
It’s not just about willpower or motivation. It’s about having a proven, structured method—with the right tools, frameworks, and instruction—to keep you moving forward, even on the toughest days.
When you subscribe (for FREE), you’ll gain access to the resources and community you need to break free from the habits holding you back and start building a life aligned with your biggest goals.
Cliché time: Today is the first day of the rest of your life.
This is a sampling from NOvember (episode). The simple idea is that “Good habits happen when planned and bad habits happen on their own.”
Note: The production audio above is an AI experiment utilizing Google’s NotebookLM’s virtual hosts who analyzed a recent podcast, NOvember.

Sidenote re: audio: While the ‘hosts’ get a few things incorrect, like “eco-system” vs ECHO-SYSTEM and P.A.R.R. (they say it with one “R” and, they say record (as in music disc) instead of record as in recording. Overall, the production is impressive and it’s semi-scary to think how good and ‘real’ this technology has already become.
